Deputy Commissioner Dr. Senu Duggal held an important meeting with the officials of various departments with a view to expedite various developmental works going on in Jalalabad city. Deputy Commissioner presided over the meeting on construction of libraries, amending sanitation system, door to door garbage collection, installation of dustbin in the city, street lights, clearing of roads in the city, o. D. Directed the concerned departments to speed up the ongoing development works of F Plus Model Village, Plastic Free Activities and Sewerage etc.

They said that the ongoing development works should be completed as soon as possible and the relevant authorities will be personally responsible for any misdemeanor in this work. They said that it should also be ensured that there is no decrease in the quality of work. During this time, the progress report was obtained from the Sanitation Department on the water supply. They said that the development projects should be completed as soon as possible. While talking about the animals being sent to the cowsheds for getting rid of those stray animals, they said that the animals should be taken only by tagging etc and their full account should be kept.

Deputy Commissioner of Fazilka Dr. Senu Duggal instructed relevant departments to take action by checking the illegal shops and train carriers at Bahmaniwala Road Market in Jalalabad city. S at this point. D. M S. Balkaran Singh was also present.

On this occasion, the Deputy Commissioner said that the Bahmaniwala Road on both sides of the market roads are hurting the traffic system with the illegal shops and trains. The shopkeepers were instructed to sell goods inside the shops so that there is no traffic problem.
