Warm greetings to all ranks, Veterans and families of the Territorial Army on the occasion of its Raising Day.

The Territorial Army exemplifies the spirit of ‘नागरिक भी, सैनिक भी’, embodying the resolve of ordinary citizens to serve the Nation with extraordinary commitment. From safeguarding our borders to disaster relief and nation-building, its Citizen Soldiers have upheld the finest traditions of courage, dedication and selfless service.

I salute their unwavering commitment to Rashtra Seva and their invaluable contribution towards a secure, strong and self-reliant India.
